About Dr. Sabouni

Ahmad Sabouni, MD, is a board-certified neurologist and the lead practitioner at West Texas Neurology Clinic, in Lubbock, Texas.

 

Born in Aleppo, Syria, Dr. Sabouni received his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Aleppo School of Medicine. He then relocated to the US and completed his neurology residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Science,

in Little Rock, Arkansas.

 

Following his residency, Dr. Sabouni worked as a general neurologist in Mesquite and Garland, Texas for 2 years. Then relocated to Lubbock, Texas to join Covenant Medical Group for over 14 years. Dr. Sabouni established West Texas Neurology Clinic to continue thriving to provide excellent neurological care to the community of west Texas and east New

Mexico.

- Clinical Assistant Professor of Neurology, Texas Tech University School of Medicine, Lubbock, Texas

Professional Certifications:

- Board Certified in Neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology

 

Dr. Sabouni enjoys playing and watching soccer and traveling around the world. Continuous learning is Dr. Sabonis’s personal mission, and he’s always looking for the latest and greatest techniques from medical practitioners around the world that would benefit his patients.

About Katie Glenn

Katie Glenn is a nationally certified physician assistant. She completed her master’s in physician assistant studies at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. She is a West Texas native and is looking forward to serving the people of Lubbock. She enjoys spending time with her husband and being a mother to their daughter.

About Destiny Osogu

Destiny Osogu is a nationally certified nurse practitioner with a 7-year history of intensive care nursing as her foundation. Destiny was born and raised in Lubbock, Tx where she now shares a beautiful life with her fiance' and two children. She graduated from Covenant School of Nursing in 2015 and later obtained her Bachelor's degree shortly after. Although she loved promoting patient advocacy and giving quality care, she yearned to be more involved with the treament and diagnostic side of healthcare, ultimately influencing her decision to further her career. In May 2021 she graduated from Lubbock Christian University with her Master's of Nursing in family practice.

About Kira Williams

Kira is a board certified nurse practitioner. She has an extensive career in nursing during the last 14 years ranging from critical care, emergency care, home health, and cardiac testing. Kira was born in Lamar, Colorado and relocated to Lubbock, TX in 2006 to attend Lubbock Christian University. She attended Covenant School of Nursing during this time and graduated with her RN in 2009 and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2013. Kira completed her long time goal of becoming a nurse practitioner in November 2022, when she graduated from LCU.

 

She is very passionate about patient care and takes pride in giving the best care possible to her patients. She is married with three children and loves spending time with them. Her hobbies include reading, staying physically active, along with traveling. Kira is excited to be part of West Texas Neurology and looks forward to serving you!
